Spinshot Plus-2 Rental – Care, Damage & Liability
 

By renting, picking up, receiving delivery of, or using the Spinshot Plus-2 (“Machine”) from Top Spin Rental Co (“we,” “us”), you agree:
 

1) You’re responsible for the Machine

• You will use the Machine safely and only as intended.

• You are responsible for the Machine from the time you receive it until it is returned and checked in by us.

• You will keep it protected from theft, loss, misuse, weather, water, power surges, and damage of any kind.

• Only responsible, capable users may operate the Machine. Adult supervision is required for minors.
   

2) Damage, loss, and fees

• You agree to pay for any damage to the Machine during your rental period, including accidental damage.

• If the Machine is returned damaged, not working due to misuse, missing parts/balls/accessories, or excessively dirty, you agree to pay repair or replacement costs plus any applicable service/cleaning fees.

• If the Machine is lost or stolen during the rental period, you agree to pay the full replacement cost.
   

3) Safety & assumption of risk

• Tennis practice and use of a ball machine involve risks (for example: being hit by a ball, tripping, falls, strains, or collisions).

• You accept these risks for yourself and anyone who uses the Machine during your rental.
   

4) No responsibility for injuries

• To the fullest extent allowed by law, Top Spin Rental Co is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that happen while using the Machine or while playing/practicing tennis during the rental period.

• You are responsible for choosing a safe location and safe conditions for use.
   

5) You cover claims related to your rental

• If anyone makes a claim against us related to your rental, possession, transport, setup, or use of the Machine, you agree to help protect us and pay our costs (including reasonable legal fees), to the fullest extent allowed by law.
   

6) Stop use if something seems unsafe

• Do not use the Machine if it appears damaged, unstable, or unsafe. Contact us right away for instructions.
